YES! It's what we really love and specialize in. Send us your inspiration photos or a description of the piece you'd like to create and we can get something to you in 3-4 weeks.

Our typical lead time is 3-4 weeks.

Lead times for rush orders are typically 2-3 weeks.

Emergency orders can be accommodated in less than 2 weeks. For these emergency orders, please contact Yelena and Boris and cc Customer Service.

Please include "Rush" in the subject line of your email to our customer service team!

The prices on our tags as well as on our website are listed at 2.5 key. From there, you can calculate the adjustments for metal variation using the chart below.

You can rest assured that the tag price will remain the same regardless of any changes to:

Any piece you buy from us can be exchanged in the future for a sale that is of greater value ($1+) as long as the original piece is in decent condition.
