We would like to offer your team the opportunity to join our Incentive Program! Spiffs are paid based on the style of the ring and metal type. For example, for each Engagement Ring, a member will receive $35 for GOLD (14K/18K) and $70 for PLATINUM. Anything other than an Engagement Ring earns $25 in GOLD or $50 in PLATINUM.

New in 2023 - Introducing merchandise credit! Get double the amount for each piece sold in credit towards our merchandise. For each Engagement Ring, a member will receive $70 for GOLD (14K/18K) or $140 for PLATINUM. Anything other than an Engagement Ring earns $50 in GOLD or $100 in PLATINUM.

To participate, associates must fill out the incentive form with the date of the sale, your invoice number and style number, and our invoice and style number. Forms should be submitted within 1 month of quarter end to our bookkeeper along with a W9.

All spiffs can be expected on a quarterly basis. However, if there is a schedule that you feel would work better for your team, we'd be more than happy to accommodate!
