Ordering Information

Placing an Order

Standard lead time for all orders is 3-4 weeks.

Our team of customer service representatives is available Monday through Friday to help with any questions, quotes, and orders. Please place all orders in writing via email to our team. They can be reached at:

Rush Orders

Rush Orders

Please include "Rush" in the subject line of your email. Lead times for rush orders are typically 2-3 weeks. Emergency orders can be accommodated in less than 2 weeks. For these emergency orders, please contact Yelena and cc Customer Service.

Track Your Order

Once you've logged in to the website, you'll find our order tracking widget by clicking on the truck icon at the bottom right of the screen.

You'll need to create an account with the order tracking software by using:

  • your email address
  • any open order number you have
  • your zip code

Once your account is created, you'll get an email confirming your account creation. Simply log in with your credentials, and voila!
